Can I place a transaction without creating an account?

Our aim is to provide a reliable, efficient, and trustworthy service; therefore, you need to have an account to access all the value-added features and benefit from a personalized experience with Lzhiba.qa.

I entered the email/password the wrong way and now my account has been blocked, what do I do?

If you enter the wrong combination of email/password up to 5 times, your account will be temporarily blocked. The system will automatically send an email verification link to your registered email address and then you will be able to reset your password.

Is Subscription a must to place an advertisement on the website?

Yes, as our aim is to ensure a trustworthy experience for all users, you must have an account to post an advertisement or to place an order.

Why are ads/posts subject to pre-publication review?

All ads/posts are subject to verification by the Lzhiba content monitoring team, to ensure that they do not violate the terms of use of the site, and when the ad/post is approved it will be published on the site and activated.

How long does it take to receive an item?

It depends on the seller’s policy, and it is recommended you communicate with the seller directly in this regard.

I ordered an item, but I am not sure if the order went through. What do I do?

Go to My Account and click on “My Orders” to see if your order has been successfully completed, you can contact the seller to inquire about the status of your order.

Can I cancel an item from the cart?

Yes. You can simply go to “My Account” and choose the order and cancel it using the X icon

How do I add an item as my favourite?

You can simply click on the “Heart shaped icon” available on all menu items. You can also easily go to my favourite items section on the “My Account” page to view these items.
